Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided:
  • The window cleaning services include the cleaning of exterior windows, frames, sills, and doors as specified in the agreement between the client and Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd.
  • Additional services may be provided upon request, subject to additional charges.
2. Scheduling:
  • Appointments will be scheduled regularly as specified in the agreement between the client and Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd.
  • The client agrees to provide access to the premises on the scheduled day.
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd agrees to confirm all appointments by 8 pm the day prior to the scheduled service.
3. Pricing and Payment:
  • The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the window cleaning services.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Accepted forms of payment include Direct Debit, BACS (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, and Cash.
  • Annually, in April, pricing may be increased for customers with over 10 months of service. The adjustment will be in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI), rounded up to the nearest £1.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
  • The client must provide reasonable notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or partial access.
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with insufficient notice or in case of partial access.
5. Access to Premises:
  • The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the windows to be cleaned.
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd is not responsible for moving furniture, equipment, or other items obstructing access.
6. Liability:
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd will take reasonable care while providing cleaning services.
  • The client agrees that Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd is not liable for any damage to property, including but not limited to windows, frames, or surrounding areas.
7. Weather Conditions:
  • Services may be postponed in the event of poor weather conditions that could pose a safety risk to the service providers.
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments affected by weather conditions.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
  • If the client is not satisfied with the window cleaning services, Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.
9. Confidentiality:
  • Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any details to third parties without the client's consent.
By engaging in cleaning services with Glisten Cleaning Group Ltd, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
